 have a 2.0 GPA , which will be checked throughout the year

in order to qualify to fish the event

ALL NEW TEEN ANGLERS MUST HAVE A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED RELEASE FORM AND HAVE Taken and passed the Boaters Safety Course
